For help with the BenchBook app or website, email info@jpp.org.pk. Say which you are using, the device and what happened.
Your account
Accounts are issued by Justice Project Pakistan to judges and legal professionals; there is no public sign-up. The Guide and Library can be read without one.
Forgotten password or locked account: email info@jpp.org.pk from the address JPP holds for you, and a new one-time password will be issued. You choose your own password when you next sign in.
Lost phone: in the app’s Account screen, under Security, sign out other devices from any device you still have, or ask JPP to do it for you.
To erase your assistant history or delete your account, open Account, then My data.
An answer looks wrong
Tap Report under the answer and say what is wrong. JPP staff read every report. The assistant cites the passages it relied on; check them before relying on an answer.
